Ingredients:

  • 10 dried eggplants
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
